Simple, Sober, Masculine and Versatile.
It starts off with a slightly spicy note and has that slightly harsh bergamot note, but it's not overpowering or explosive. It's well blended, and after a few seconds, it feels creamier.
The juniper gives it a slightly bitter note that then gives way to the fragrance's star note: "Cedar."
Obviously, I can't distinguish how each of the three cedars mentioned above smells, but I must say the result is well-balanced. The nose is a pleasant, fresh, soft wood that gradually leads to a drydown with a sweet, musky note. This HERO is a rather soft, clean, and easy-to-wear fragrance that, beyond its versatility, denotes seriousness.
I think it could be a good, risk-free introduction to the world of woody perfumes...
